Para beber prefiera el agua mineral o gaseosas dieteticas y no pase de una copa de vino.
En la playa
En la playa la mayor tentacion son los helados y las gaseosas durante las horas de calor debe elejir bebidas dieteticas o simplemente prefiera el agua mineral o jugo de frutas.
La gelatina bien helada, frutas y verduras de la estacion son una idea para reemplazarla por los helados.
