Sometimes I put great objectives unconsciously on purpose to obtain something fast. Nobody wants to make diet (and I include myself). We do it because we know that later we will feel better, or because he is healthful, but at the time of choosing richest Who chooses the lettuce. Si voy a una fiesta y no como nada, o mismo en casa si soy extremadamente estricto es muy difícil poder mantener el plan y en la primera vez que me salga voy a pensar no puedo hacer diet o esto no es para mi, frustrandome una vez más, abandonando y sintiéndome mal.
Estas 2 formas de pensar si no bajo 1 kilo por semana no hago nada o no puedo hacer la dieta porque comí 1 helado son formas en que consciente o inconscientemente nos complotamos la dieta nosotros mismos.
En realidad no quiero hacer dieta!
Nadie quiere hacer dieta, pero sí bajar de peso. Lamentablemente las 2 cosas juntas no se pueden tal vez es la hora de poner en la balanza cuál de los 2 prefiero elegir en cada momento. Con elegir más veces cuidarme conseguiré resultados.
