During the celebrations it is possible that we eat in only a day 10 thousand calories, is incredible but it is thus.

How?

La disición la tomamos nosotros y lo cierto es que para lucir una silueta más delgada o sentirse más ágil, se debe pagar un precio, como ocurre con todas las cosas que valen la pena. Es decir que vale penar para sentirme bien.

Tentaciones hay todo el tiempo, pero eso no quiere decir que uno siempre deba ceder a ellas. UD puede hacerlo!
