Diet With Proteins

This diet is useful to make it only 2 or 3 times to the week, it is for stimulating the reduction of weight, to lower more quickly or for which already they lowered some kilos and at this moment they are in a period of receso.
The proteins cause that the body spends more calories when doing the digestion that what the carbon hydrates and the fats spend with. And to the salary few hydrates in all the day, the body does not release to discharges amounts of insulin, hormone that contributes to the fat formation.
Breakfast
- Infusion with descremada milk, without sugar.
- 1 portion of thin cheese (50 g)
Mid-morning
- 1 yogur descremado single
- or 2 common sausages or 3 diet
- or 3 fetas of cold cuts
Lunch
- Strained vegetable broth or broth diet
- 1/4 of chicken without skin either 2 fillets of fish or 1 medium steak of red meat (back, cuadril or peceto)
- a small vegetable salad of leaf, condimentada with lemon and/or vinegar, salt + 1 oil teaspoon you
- 1 dietetic milk dessert or yogur descremado or last of gelatin diet with yogur descremado
Merienda
Infusion with 1 descremada milk cup, without sugar
2-3 tostaditas de gluten + 1 porción de queso magro o con queso blanco descremado
Media tarde
- 2 fetas de jamón cocido con 1 porción de queso magro semiduro (1 cassette) o 2 rollitos de fiambre con queso blanco o 2 rodajas de peceto.
Cena
- Caldo colado de verduras o caldo diet
- 1 porción de pescado en lata al natural (1 lata de 180 g) o 3 salchichas o 3 rodajas finas de peceto.
- 1 omelette (con 1 huevo + 1 clara) con 2 porciones de queso semiduro magro (2 cassettes + 2 fetas de fiambre)
- Gelatina diet
Beber abundantes líquidos durante todo el día, puede ser gaseosas o jugos diet, gelatina, diet, infusiones, caldos diet o casero colado.
