The problem is in taking to the nourishing plan like a strict diet. And to think that or “I do everything” or “I do not do anything”, and as it is impossible to make the diet perfect, then I do not do anything.

It would be good for taking the plan like a way to learn to eat healthfully beyond the result. Perhaps one week not under weight, but other yes. Or perhaps the results are little for which I want. But we think that of the 2 ways we are not well: neither being fat nor making the diet.

Neither to be fat nor to prevail to me of the food they give happiness me. It would be necessary to think how I want to be thank heavens.

It is important that it takes its reduction like a process, the objective is to be able to maintain the weight long term, for this it is necessary that it is little by little modifying its nourishing habits and that lowers little by little of weight.

Como sugerencia es importante que modifique la forma de cocción y preparación de los alimentos, evitar el uso de aceite y reemplazarlo por spray vegetal, si consume ensaladas y verduras condiméntelas con una cucharadita tamaño postre o sopera de aceite o dos cucharaditas de mayonesa light.

Le sugiero que realice ingestas cada 2-3 horas, las colaciones pueden ser una fruta o barritas de cereal o un yogur descremado o postres dietéticos o una rebanada de pan con queso. O si le gustan los dulces también puede comer en alguna colación una golosina pequeña y en lo posible sin azúcar, como un alfajor diet o un Torroncino o una Rhodesia o un Especial Fort.

Es necesario que 3 veces por semana consuma un alimento no dietético de su agrado, en cantidades moderadas por ejemplo un helado tipo cucurucho o 3-4 porciones de pizza o 3 facturas, o un chocolate, etc.
