From Plant Pudding With White Sauce Diet

Ingredientes para 4 porciones: Ingredients for 4 servings:

Vegetales cocidos 400 gr. Vegetables cooked 400 grams. (espinaca o zapallo o zapallito o berenjena o acelga o zuccini) (spinach or eggplant or squash or zapallito or kale or zuccini)
Sal, pimienta, nuez moscada cs Salt, pepper, nutmeg cs
Salsa blanca espesa: 100 gr. Thick white sauce: 100 gr.
Huevos: 2 unidades Eggs: 2 units
Crema de leche light: 40 o 60 gr. Light cream milk: 40 or 60 deg. o 1 cucharada sopera de crema de leche común. tureen or 1 tablespoon of cream common.

Preparación: Preparation:

  • Cocinar los vegetales por hervido, escurrir y exprimir cuidadosamente. Cooking vegetables in boiling, drain and squeeze thoroughly.
